Our Beef is grass fed and grain finished, then aged 10-14 days prior to being USDA inspected and professionally processed. Available inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
A Share of beef will yield roughly 50 lbs of meat and offers roughly an 8-week supply of meals. The price listed includes product, packaging & processing fees. Steaks come 2 per package and are 1.25" thick, standard cuts and numbers of packages are listed below:
